Dialogue is a luncheon series that features Impact members who share their stories and engage in conversation with those in attendance.
Join us as Joyce Rodek shares her story. Joyce is an accomplished, results-oriented, leader of two networking organizations:
For many years, she has been the executive director of the North Canton Executive Networking Group (NCENG), a volunteer organization that trains and coaches unemployed and underemployed professionals to find optimal career opportunities. She is also the franchise owner of local chapters of AmSpirit Business Connections, which provide training and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, sales representatives and professionals to build their businesses and organizations through lasting relationships based on knowing, liking and trusting each other.
As a certified public accountant, Joyce had successful careers at Deloitte Touche accounting and consulting firm and at FirstEnergy where she worked for 27 years in auditing, supply chain and project management. She led many cross-functional departments and teams that delivered savings, improved productivity and managed risk for all aspects of the electric utility.
Joyce has been a member of Women’s Impact for 11 years. She was honored to receive the NSME Accent on Excellence Award in 2014 and the Women’s Impact Award in 2020.
